Extremely clean and comfortable room, high-end spa-like shower and bath, filling and delicious breakfast, respectful and kind host, well-decorated with a strong traditional spirit.
Can't fault anything about it.

The room was spotlessly clean and had a luxurious feeling to it. the shower and bath facilities were top-notch and made me feel like I was in a high-end spa. the location of the property was very convenient, just a short walk away from the main attractions. the host was incredibly accommodating and provided an excellent breakfast that was both filling and healthy.

We loved this hotel's central location, situated in a peaceful area close to all the main attractions. The Japanese-style breakfast was delightful, with a different menu every day. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Additionally, this hotel is located between two subway stations, making transportation a breeze.

Clean and decent onsen. The room was quite comfortable and spacious with traditional Japanese style mats. It's situated in a great district with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
We didn't feel welcome from the start. The staff didn't offer any recommendations for restaurants or areas to explore.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area that is conveniently halfway between two subway stations and within walking distance of major attractions. the room, bath, and amenities are exceptionally clean and comfortable, including traditional Japanese gowns and cozy beds. the host provides a warm welcome with amazing detail-oriented service, accommodating breakfast, and even farewell gifts. the bathroom is also impressive with luxurious shower and bath products.
Some communication issues and inconsistencies in service are reported by some guests.
